Initiate Your Request
Log into your Shop Cribsi account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
